  • Developing the strategy of a strategic relationship: strategic driving forces, creating a shared vision and breakthrough value proposition, using metrics
  • Essential leadership issues and roles: building a culture of trust and collaboration, dealing with differences and resistance to change
  • Negotiating a strategic relationship: mapping positions, interests and vision, mastering co-creative/synergistic negotiations, managing expectations, working with lawyers and legislators, negotiating in an adverse political environment
  • Strategic relationships in conditions of complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Managing strategic relationships: preventing breakdowns, maximizing teamwork, managing cross-corporate relations, developing competencies in strategic relationships
